Transport In-Charge

MEC Emirates is seeking a dedicated and experienced Transport In-Charge to manage our fleet and logistics operations. If you are highly organized and fluent in Arabic, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

The Transport In-Charge will manage all daily aspects of our vehicle fleet and driver pool, ensuring efficient and compliant operations.

• Fleet Management: Oversee daily operations for both company-owned and rented vehicles.
• Driver Coordination: Assign duties, manage schedules, and ensure optimal deployment of all drivers.
• Administrative Compliance: Handle the timely renewal of all vehicle registrations (Mulkiya) and actively monitor and manage traffic fines.
• Account Management: Directly manage and reconcile accounts with key government and service partners, including Salik, Abu Dhabi Darb, ADNOC, and ENOC.
• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all internal and external transport-related inquiries.

Requirements

• Language: Fluency in Arabic is essential for this role.
• Experience: Proven, hands-on experience in managing a corporate fleet of vehicles.
• Skills: Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• License: Must possess a valid UAE Driver's License.
