• Guest Service:
• Greet guests promptly, present menus, and offer detailed information regarding food and beverage selections.
• Accurately take and relay customer orders to the kitchen staff.
• Table Management:
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Monitor tables for cleanliness, promptly clear dishes, and reset tables for new guests.
• Professionalism:
• Handle customer inquiries and minor issues with tact and professionalism.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operation.
• Readiness:
• Must be an immediate joiner for this full-time role.
