Waiter

The Waiter & Waitress roles are the face of our catering service, responsible for providing prompt, gracious, and efficient service to all guests. This role requires energy, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating memorable dining experiences during events and daily service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus, offering detailed knowledge of all food and beverage items.
• Take accurate orders and relay them clearly to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, anticipating guest needs throughout the meal.
• Process payments and ensure proper closing procedures are followed.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for various catering events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or Server in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or catering setting.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, professional, and energetic attitude.
• Ability to work standing for long periods and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent command of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
