Waiter / Waitress

As a Waiter/Waitress in our fine dining concepts, you are the primary ambassador of our brand. You will be responsible for creating a flawless and memorable dining experience for every guest, from warm greeting to gracious farewell, by providing attentive, detailed, and knowledgeable service.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Welcome guests, present menus, and offer detailed information on ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
• Order Management: Accurately take and communicate food and beverage orders using a POS system, including upselling specials and menu pairings (e.g., wine).
• Service Execution: Deliver food and beverages following fine dining standards, ensuring timing and presentation are perfect.
• Table Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and properly set service station and table area throughout the meal.
• Payment Processing: Process bills and payments accurately and efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven work experience (2+ years) as a Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining, upscale hotel, or premium restaurant.
• In-depth Menu Knowledge: Ability to memorize and articulate complex menu items and beverage selections.
• Professional Presence: Impeccable grooming, refined manners, and strong verbal communication.
• Attention to Detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling.
