Waiter/Waitress

Coop House is hiring a dedicated Waiter/Waitress for our new Premium Steakhouse concept. The role requires genuine hospitality and proficiency in high-end service, with a focus on meat and steak preparation knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and attentive food and beverage service to all guests in the steakhouse.
• Possess deep knowledge of meat cuts, preparation styles, and cooking temperatures (e.g., rare, medium, well-done).
• Take accurate orders, communicate dietary restrictions, and ensure order delivery is seamless.
• Handle guest inquiries, maintain table cleanliness, and process payments accurately.

Requirements:

• Experience in a meat-focused or steakhouse restaurant is preferred.
• Previous experience (1-3 years) in a quality F&B service environment.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for genuine hospitality.
• Ready to work in a dynamic, forward-thinking brand.
