Bartendress

The Bartendress will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to guests at the bar and service bar. This role requires speed, mixology knowledge, excellent inventory management of bar stock, and the ability to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar area while interacting engagingly with patrons.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bartender/Bartendress.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent customer engagement and sales skills.
• Proficient in inventory control, cash handling, and POS system operation.
• Commitment to adhering to all relevant licensing and hygiene regulations.
