Camp Supervisor

Western Hotel Medinat Zayed is hiring a Camp Supervisor responsible for the complete management and welfare of staff accommodation and transportation. This role ensures a compliant, clean, and safe living environment for all hotel employees.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the staff accommodation camp, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
• Manage staff check-in/check-out procedures and room allocation.
• Handle staff welfare issues, enforce camp rules, and maintain discipline.
• Coordinate staff transportation schedules (bus routes) to and from the hotel.

Requirements:

• Previous experience (3+ years) as a Camp Boss or Camp Supervisor, preferably for hotel staff.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi labor camp regulations and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication and staff management skills.
• Candidates in UAE only can apply.
