Job Description
Al Ghurair Facilities Solutions is seeking an Engineer with technical expertise in Facilities Management and the Hotel Industry. This role involves hands-on application of engineering principles to maintain and operate building systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and repairs across mechanical and electrical systems.
- Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
- Monitor building management systems (BMS) and critical utility operations.
- Document maintenance activities and report status to senior engineers.
Requirements:
- Bachelorâs degree in engineering â mechanical/electrical is required.
- Experience in Facility Management (FM) & Hotel Industry is mandatory.
- Strong technical expertise relevant to the role (MEP, HVAC, Chiller Plants, HSE, Soft Services, etc.).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be a UAE resident.
- Hands-on experience in the above roles is required.
