Façade Inspector

AE7 is seeking an exceptionally experienced Façade Inspector to ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of façade installations on our prestigious high-rise building projects (up to G+40) in Dubai. This senior role requires deep technical knowledge of various façade systems and a strong background in UAE consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct frequent and detailed quality inspections (QA/QC) of all external façade systems (cladding, curtain wall, glazing, stone, etc.) during construction.
• Ensure that façade installation work strictly conforms to approved design specifications, shop drawings, performance standards, and local building codes.
• Document all inspection results, site observations, and non-compliance issues accurately.
• Provide technical input and guidance to contractors and site teams to rectify defects and maintain quality standards.
• Review material and system mock-ups, testing procedures, and submittals related to façade works.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12+ Years of Experience is mandatory.
• Relevant experience in high-rise buildings up to G+40 is essential.
• Strong Consultancy background in the UAE is required.
• Expert knowledge of various façade systems, installation methodologies, and waterproofing techniques.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a large-scale project environment.
