Job Description
Al Ghurair Facilities Solutions is seeking a Facility Manager with strong experience in both Facilities Management (FM) and the Hotel Industry. This hands-on role involves overseeing all operational aspects of facility maintenance and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of facilities management, including maintenance, safety, and security.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and maintain high operational standards for assets.
- Manage budgets, service contracts, and coordinate external contractors.
- Oversee the performance of all technical and soft services teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelorâs degree in engineering â mechanical/electrical is required.
- Experience in Facility Management (FM) & Hotel Industry is mandatory.
- Strong technical expertise relevant to the role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be a UAE resident.
- Hands-on experience in the above roles is required.
