The Front Desk Officer (Female) will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Responsibilities include managing the reception area, handling incoming and outgoing communications, scheduling appointments, assisting with basic administrative tasks, and maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front office.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Receptionist, Hostess, or Front Desk Officer.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and a warm, articulate telephone manner.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative procedures.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
