Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and professional Front Office & Admin Assistant to be the welcoming face of our Abu Dhabi office and ensure the smooth execution of daily administrative and HR support tasks.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelorâs degree is mandatory.
- Experience: 1â2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Appearance: Must maintain a professional appearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk: Manage all front desk operations, including screening and directing calls and visitors.
- Visitor Management: Warmly welcome and assist all visitors and clients.
- HR Support: Maintain attendance and leave records and support general HR processes (e.g., filing, documentation).
- Office Logistics: Handle the procurement and inventory of office supplies.
- Coordination: Coordinate internal and external meetings and manage schedules.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team and management.
- Environment: Maintain a tidy, professional, and efficient office environment.
