Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and professional Front Office & Admin Assistant to be the welcoming face of our Abu Dhabi office and ensure the smooth execution of daily administrative and HR support tasks.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Appearance: Must maintain a professional appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk: Manage all front desk operations, including screening and directing calls and visitors.
  • Visitor Management: Warmly welcome and assist all visitors and clients.
  • HR Support: Maintain attendance and leave records and support general HR processes (e.g., filing, documentation).
  • Office Logistics: Handle the procurement and inventory of office supplies.
  • Coordination: Coordinate internal and external meetings and manage schedules.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team and management.
  • Environment: Maintain a tidy, professional, and efficient office environment.
