Guest Service Agent

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
• Provide detailed information about resort facilities, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest stays.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Housekeeping and Maintenance to fulfill guest requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate guest records and process payments securely in accordance with resort policies.

Requirements

• Mandatory previous experience within the hospitality or hotel industry.
• Professional appearance and a consistently positive, welcoming attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and guest handling skills.
• Proficiency in the Russian language is highly preferred for this role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
