- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Table Service: Provide professional, efficient, and friendly table service to guests.
- Menu Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of the food and beverage menu, including ingredients and potential allergens.
- Order Accuracy: Take and process orders precisely through the POS system.
- Sidework: Ensure the dining area and service stations are clean, stocked, and ready for guests.
