Job Description
- The Housekeeping Supervisor ensures that the highest standards of cleanliness and aesthetics are maintained throughout the hotel. You will lead a team of attendants to deliver an immaculate guest environment.
- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Quality Inspection: Conduct rigorous inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure Taj luxury standards.
- Staff Supervision: Direct and schedule the daily tasks of the housekeeping attendants.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor the usage of linens and cleaning supplies, reporting any shortages to management.
