Job Description: The Guest Service Executive/Supervisor will be the key point person for ensuring exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. This role involves managing the daily operations of the front desk, overseeing check-in and check-out procedures, resolving guest issues with professionalism, and maintaining strong inter-departmental communication. A key part of the role includes the ability to supervise a small team of front office staff to maintain high service standards.

- Customer-Centric Focus: Proven track record as a customer-oriented and highly adaptable professional in a hospitality environment.
- Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong communication and problem-solving skills to efficiently handle guest inquiries and challenges.
- Supervisory Experience: Ability to supervise a small team of front office personnel, including training and scheduling.
- Operational Expertise: Knowledge of front office operations and procedures, including reservation systems (PMS) and cash handling.
- Demeanor: Professional, courteous, and able to ensure smooth and welcoming front office operations at all times.
