Job Description

The Hostess is the first and last point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire experience. Responsibilities include warmly greeting and seating guests, managing the reservation system and waiting list, answering phone calls, and coordinating closely with the serving staff to ensure smooth dining room flow and accurate table assignments.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage seating charts and reservations efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed when handling high-volume traffic or guest inquiries.
  • Experience with reservation software is a plus.
