Job Description

Blue Atlantic LLC is seeking an energetic, proactive, and highly organized HR & Admin Assistant to join our team in Burjuman, Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional looking to gain broad exposure across Human Resources and administrative functions. The successful candidate will be a key support member, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily HR operations and general office administration.


Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Support

  • Assist with the full employee life cycle, including preparing offer letters, onboarding documentation, and coordinating exit formalities.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR files (digital and physical) in compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Support the monthly payroll process by gathering necessary data, managing attendance records, and preparing inputs for the finance team.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and training sessions.

Administrative & Office Management

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, filing, and organizing office supplies.
  • Assist in managing office facilities, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the office environment is clean and functional.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls) professionally.
  • Assist the management team with various ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in an HR or Admin capacity is a plus, but entry-level professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Proactivity: Must be an energetic, self-starter with a proactive approach to work.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with HR/Payroll software is a benefit.
  • Location: Must be based in the UAE and able to commute to the office in Burjuman, Dubai.
