WISH GROUP is hiring an HR Assistant to support the HR department with daily administrative and documentation tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, discreet, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance reports, and HR databases.
- Support recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
- Help coordinate onboarding, training sessions, and employee orientation.
- Support payroll processing with accurate data collection.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide timely HR assistance.
- Assist in organizing HR events, evaluations, and performance review procedures.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an HR Assistant or administrative professional is preferred (Minimum 1 year).
- Solid understanding of HR functions, documentation standards, and organizational processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and professional etiquette skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured manner.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HR systems is an an advantage.
