Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team and support day-to-day HR operations in Sajja, Sharjah. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people and processes and eager to grow their career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in comprehensive recruitment activities (job postings, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews).
- Support the onboarding process, ensuring smooth documentation and orientation for new hires.
- Coordinate closely with the Public Relations Officer (PRO) for visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Manage all employee leave records and ensure HR databases are accurate and updated.
- Provide payroll assistance by ensuring timely and accurate data submission.
- Support general HR operations, including employee file management, addressing staff queries, and maintaining compliance documentation.
Required Skills
- 2â4 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (UAE experience preferred)
- Recruitment Coordination
- PRO Coordination / Visa Processing Support
- Employee Onboarding and Documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong Communication and Organizational Skills
