What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities):

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating smooth and engaging onboarding processes for new employees.
• Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives and programs designed to boost employee morale, satisfaction, and engagement across all departments.
• Records & Compliance: Manage all HR records meticulously, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
• Training & Development: Coordinate and administer training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• General HR Support (Assumed): Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
• Performance Management (Assumed): Assist in the coordination of the performance appraisal process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
• A genuine passion for employee well-being and culture development.
