HR Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Executive with a passion for people and processes to join our team in Dubai as an Immediate Joiner. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing day-to-day HR functions and ensuring operational efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate Should Have Hands-on Experience in:

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to facilitating comprehensive new employee onboarding.
• HR Operations & Employee Database Management: Handling daily HR administrative tasks and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the employee database and records.
• Documentation & PRO Coordination: Managing essential HR documentation, ensuring compliance, and coordinating effectively with the Public Relations Officer (PRO) on visa, labor card, and residency matters.
• HR Reporting: Preparing and compiling various HR reports for management, tracking key metrics.
• UAE Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of HR experience in the UAE is preferred.
• Skills: Possessing excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Availability: Must be an immediate joiner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all UAE Labour Law regulations in all HR practices.
• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and benefits administration.
• Support the HR Manager in implementing new policies and employee engagement initiatives.
