HR Executive

LIFE Medical Centre is seeking an experienced and skilled HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of three years of specialized HR experience within the healthcare sector and excellent people skills to manage and support our clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and training administration for medical and administrative staff.
• Handle employee documentation, contracts, and ensure compliance with DHA/MOH and UAE Labour Law, particularly for clinical staff licensing.
• Support employee relations, manage grievances, and facilitate strong internal communication.
• Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to maintain a positive and professional work environment.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the healthcare sector is mandatory.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of licensing requirements for medical professionals in the UAE (e.g., DHA).
