Job Description

Bin Murshed Group is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be a vital resource, supporting core HR functions to ensure a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace. This role is perfect for a professional who is passionate about people and dedicated to building strong employee relationships and robust HR practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support on HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition. Oversee offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and documentation.
  • Performance Management: Support the execution of the annual performance appraisal process, including tracking deadlines and communicating with department heads.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and documentation comply with UAE Labour Law and company standards. Assist with required legal reporting and documentation.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist the talent acquisition team with screening, interview coordination, and maintenance of the candidate database.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate and confidential employee data in the HRIS, manage leave and attendance records, and generate HR reports as needed.

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist or similar role is required.
  • Location: Must be based in the UAE and willing to work from our Abu Dhabi office.
  • Communication: Excellent language and communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential for effective employee and management interaction.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of general HR principles, best practices, and UAE Labour Law.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and experience using an HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Core Competencies: High level of professionalism, discretion, ability to handle sensitive information, and strong organizational skills.
