We are actively seeking an HR Generalist for candidate pooling to meet our immediate hiring needs. This professional will make an impact by driving people-first strategies, handling core HR operations, and supporting employee well-being in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities (Inferred for a Generalist Role):
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
- Manage aspects of employee relations and address internal queries and concerns.
- Support and execute the full cycle of recruitment processes.
- Assist in payroll administration, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Ensure all HR practices and documentation comply with UAE labor law.
Requirements:
- Must be currently based in Dubai.
- Available to join immediately.
- Proven experience in HR operations, employee relations, and recruitment.
- Passionate about HR, innovation, and collaboration.
