Job Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources department, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and supporting the strategic goals of the contracting business. Key responsibilities include: talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and managing all visa and labor documentation processes. This is a critical leadership role requiring extensive local experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the UAE as an HR professional, preferably within the Contracting or Construction industry.
  • Legal Expertise: In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa processes, and T&C regulations.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse workforce.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
