HR Officer

E20 INVESTMENT LTD is looking for a skilled and proactive HR Officer to manage daily HR operations, focusing heavily on recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Immediate joiners are highly preferred for this role in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to selection.
• Skillfully manage the onboarding of new candidates across various roles within the company.
• Administer and manage the probation period for new employees.
• Develop and drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Support overall HR Operations, including documentation, policy implementation, and employee relations.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR matters.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Tagalog and English (Mandatory).
• Strong end-to-end recruitment expertise.
• Skilled in onboarding candidates across various roles.
• Experience in probation management.
• Proven ability to drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Experience in supporting overall HR Operations.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
