Restaurant Manager

Gatsby Dubai is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and people-focused Restaurant Manager to lead operations for our vibrant, high-energy dinner-show concept. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at team leadership, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading service teams, and ensuring seamless coordination between front-of-house, kitchen, and entertainment teams. You will play a key role in maintaining brand standards, driving service excellence, and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead, motivate, and develop front-of-house and supervisory teams
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service and hospitality standards
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and entertainment teams for flawless service flow
• Handle guest feedback, concerns, and escalations professionally and effectively
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and overall venue presentation
• Manage staff scheduling, shift planning, and operational coverage
• Support management with operational reporting and performance monitoring
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and safety regulations
• Drive a positive team culture in a high-energy, performance-driven environment

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
• Hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the floor
• Passion for guest service and experience-driven hospitality concepts
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
