Peaksy Tourist Restaurant LLC, a premium dining destination located in Yas Bay, Yas Island – Abu Dhabi, is urgently looking for a highly experienced Male Restaurant Supervisor to lead and manage our front-of-house operations.

We are seeking a confident hospitality professional with proven UAE restaurant supervisory experience who can maintain high service standards and ensure smooth daily operations.

? Key Responsibilities

? Operational Leadership

• Supervise and manage daily restaurant floor operations
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service team
• Monitor service quality and maintain premium dining standards
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and assign staff duties

? Team Management

• Train, mentor, and motivate service staff
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and grooming standards
• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment

? Guest Experience Management

• Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently
• Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
• Maintain strong customer engagement and repeat business
• Monitor online reputation and service standards

? Compliance & Quality Control

• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are maintained
• Follow UAE municipality and HACCP regulations
• Monitor cleanliness of dining areas
• Ensure POS system accuracy and billing supervision

? Mandatory Requirements (Strictly Enforced)

? Must have proven UAE restaurant supervisory experience

? Must currently be inside the UAE

? Immediate joining required

? Strong leadership and communication skills

? Ability to manage fast-paced restaurant operations

? Professional grooming and presentation

? Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
