Kitchen Technician

The Majestic Team is seeking a skilled Kitchen Technician to ensure the continuous and safe operation of all commercial kitchen equipment. This role is crucial for maintaining the high standards and efficiency of our Food & Beverage operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on all kitchen equipment, including ovens, ranges, chillers, freezers, dishwashers, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues related to kitchen machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and inventory of spare parts.
• Respond promptly to emergency repair requests from the kitchen team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience (3+ years) as a Kitchen Technician or Maintenance Technician, preferably within a hotel or large commercial catering facility.
• Technical diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration technology.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment operation, repair, and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex problems quickly.
