Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily labour attendance, deployment, and movement to various sites.
- Handle labour-related issues and concerns at site and camp locations.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and data using MS Excel or specialized software.
- Act as a liaison between HR, site supervisors, and camp management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.
Requirements & Skills:
- Ability to handle a diverse Asian and African labour force.
- Good computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Languages required: Hindi and English (mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Labour Coordinator or similar role is preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
- Flexible with working hours and site requirements.
