MEP Senior Planning Engineer

Spectrum Cube Technical Services is seeking a highly experienced MEP Senior Planning Engineer to lead project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking for complex MEP installations. This senior role requires extensive experience in the UAE/GCC construction sector.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules (e.g., Primavera P6) for all MEP works.
• Prepare progress reports, analyze variances, and develop recovery plans to ensure projects meet deadlines.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors on all planning aspects.
• Manage resource allocation (manpower, materials, equipment) efficiently.

Requirements:

• Relevant engineering degree is mandatory.
• Minimum 10-15 years UAE/GCC experience in the respective MEP planning field.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction drawings, and site execution processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and relocate to any allocated Emirate in the UAE.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
