Job Description

  1. Administrative & Clerical Support: Maintain office organization, including managing office supplies, delivering and picking up mail/packages, and assisting with light equipment setup (e.g., managing cables, setting up basic charging stations).
  2. Client & Visitor Relations: Warmly greet and welcome clients, guests, and vendors, professionally notifying the relevant staff of their arrival.
  3. Hospitality: Prepare and serve refreshments (coffee, tea, water, light snacks) to the CEO, visitors, clients, and staff as needed.
  4. Driving & Logistics:
  • Safely and punctually transport clients between the office, airports, hotels, and business locations.
  • Accurately follow assigned schedules, routes, and deadlines.
  • Maintain trip logs and detailed records of fuel usage.
  • Assist with the safe loading and unloading of items when required.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
  • Proven reliability, punctuality, and a professional demeanor.
  • Basic communication and customer service skills.
