Planning Engineer

• Responsibilities:
• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare weekly planning reports, dashboards, and progress updates for management and clients.
• Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays, and propose recovery plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure accurate schedule inputs.
• Analyze project performance data and contribute to project controls and forecasting.
• Support the tender process by preparing baseline schedules and programs.
• Ensure planning insights support the timely delivery of fit-out projects.
• Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, specifically within fit-out projects.
• Proven expertise in Primavera P6 and other project planning/reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be immediately available in the UAE.
