Quality Controller

AIRLINK International U.A.E. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Controller to lead and manage all quality control operations. This role is fundamental to ensuring strict compliance with operational, regulatory, and customer service standards across all logistics activities. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a strong background in QC processes within the freight or supply chain sector.

?Key Responsibilities

?Lead, manage, and oversee all Quality Control (QC) operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

?Monitor and ensure the quality of operations, including materials handling, packaging, and patching processes.

?Oversee logistics related to QC activities, ensuring timely availability of resources and smooth operational flow.

?Conduct audits, inspections, and assessments to identify and resolve quality issues swiftly.

?Prepare and submit detailed QC reports to management for review and action.

?Skills and Requirements

?Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in QC or related roles (Home country experience is considered).

?Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a QC team effectively.

?Technical Knowledge: Experience in operations, patching processes, and logistics management is a distinct advantage.

?Demographic: Male Filipino preferred.
