Quantity Surveyor

RMB Contracting LLC is hiring a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor with a focus on Roads & Infrastructure projects. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience to manage project costs, contracts, and financial reporting accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all costs relating to Roads & Infrastructure projects, from initial calculations to final accounts.
• Prepare comprehensive tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities (BOQ).
• Conduct site measurements, evaluate variations, and prepare payment applications.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients on commercial and contractual matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in Roads & Infrastructure is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of contractual terms and cost estimation procedures.
