Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for various roles.
- Source candidates through databases, social media, and networking.

- Maintain a good understanding of the UAE labor market and hiring practices.
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates and meet established hiring targets.
- Liaise with department heads to understand staffing needs.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven recruitment experience within the UAE market is mandatory.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
