Job Description: The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for real estate professionals, from identifying talent and conducting initial screenings to coordinating interviews and facilitating the onboarding process. This role requires deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and trends to effectively attract and secure high-performing agents.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a real estate recruiter in Dubai is mandatory.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and hiring trends.
  • Process Expertise: Proven experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding real estate professionals.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
