Senior Engineer

Al Ghurair Facilities Solutions is seeking a Senior Engineer with strong technical expertise in Facility Management and the Hotel Industry. This role involves advanced troubleshooting, supervision of technical teams, and ensuring system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical expertise and troubleshooting across complex building systems (MEP, HVAC, Chiller Plants).
• Supervise and guide junior engineers and technical staff.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and major corrective actions.
• Ensure all engineering works comply with safety and technical standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering – mechanical/electrical is required.
• Experience in Facility Management (FM) & Hotel Industry is mandatory.
• Strong technical expertise relevant to the role (MEP, HVAC, Chiller Plants, HSE, Soft Services, etc.).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be a UAE resident.
• Hands-on experience in the above roles is required.
