Senior Planning Engineer

AE7 is seeking one highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our team for a prestigious high-rise building project (up to G+30) in Dubai. This pivotal role requires extensive experience in developing, monitoring, and controlling large-scale project schedules in a consultancy environment in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain master and detailed project schedules (using Primavera P6 or similar software) for all phases of the high-rise building project.
• Monitor project progress, identify critical path activities, analyze variances, and prepare comprehensive status reports for management.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders (design, engineering, construction) to integrate schedules and ensure alignment.
• Evaluate and forecast resource requirements and advise management on potential delays or opportunities for acceleration.
• Ensure planning methodologies comply with project contractual requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12+ Years of Experience is mandatory.
• Strong consultancy background in UAE is required.
• Proven experience on high-rise buildings up to G+30 is essential.
• A recognized degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical).
• Expert proficiency in project planning software (e.g., Primavera P6).
