Store Officer

You will manage the end-to-end supply chain, from sourcing and purchasing ingredients and supplies to managing inventory, receiving goods, and maintaining an organized store room. This role is crucial for cost control and ensuring the kitchen/café has what it needs.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Procurement, Inventory Management, or Stores/Receiving.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in stock control systems and data entry.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for quality checking.
• Knowledge of food and beverage quality standards is a plus.
