Job Summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a passionate and energetic Barista to join the Food & Beverage team in Abu Dhabi. As a Barista, you’ll craft beverages with flair, maintain top-quality service, and create memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the bar/coffee station is stocked, clean, and ready for service according to daily operational standards.
• Prepare and serve beverages with consistent quality, adhering to company recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain full knowledge of menu items, promotions, and store services.
• Deliver attentive, personalized service to meet evolving customer needs.
• Support teamwork by working closely with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Complete daily and weekly bar reports and checklists on time.
• Follow HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) requirements and maintain hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Prior Food & Beverage service experience preferred.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with a can-do attitude.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
