Centro Barsha is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Guest Service Agent to join their Front Office team. The ideal candidate will provide professional and customer-focused service, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide consistently professional, friendly, and welcoming service.
  • Handle guest check-in and check-out as per hotel standards.
  • Manage walk-in guest reservations and upsell rooms when possible.
  • Handle cash, foreign currency exchange, and follow hotel credit policies.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Finance, and Reservations departments.
  • Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure Guest Service Desk is always operational and stocked.
  • Stay updated on hotel facilities, policies, and service standards.

🎯 Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in Front Office/Guest Service role (hotel experience preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Knowledge of Opera system is an advantage.
  • Proactive, guest-focused, and team-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
