Centro Barsha is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Guest Service Agent to join their Front Office team. The ideal candidate will provide professional and customer-focused service, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consistently professional, friendly, and welcoming service.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out as per hotel standards.
- Manage walk-in guest reservations and upsell rooms when possible.
- Handle cash, foreign currency exchange, and follow hotel credit policies.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Finance, and Reservations departments.
- Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality.
- Ensure Guest Service Desk is always operational and stocked.
- Stay updated on hotel facilities, policies, and service standards.
🎯 Skills & Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Front Office/Guest Service role (hotel experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Knowledge of Opera system is an advantage.
- Proactive, guest-focused, and team-oriented personality.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
