Melia Desert Palm, a luxurious urban resort and member of The Melia Collection, is seeking a SPA Receptionist to join its team. The resort features private villas, a professional polo club, world-class Samana Spa, wellness facilities, and multiple dining options.

The SPA Receptionist will ensure guests receive a professional, friendly, and efficient service at the spa, managing appointments, client inquiries, and front desk operations while promoting spa services and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide guidance on spa procedures.
• Answer calls, provide accurate information, and manage appointments.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Introduce spa products and educate clients on their benefits.
• Keep clients informed about promotions and discounts.
• Process payments and maintain client records for loyalty benefits.
• Communicate appointment changes and client arrivals to spa staff.
• Assist in promotional events to increase spa clientele.
• Manage visitor logs and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Adhere to company policies on fire, hygiene, health, and safety.
• Attend departmental meetings, briefings, and trainings as required.
• Support the hotel’s sustainability and equal opportunity initiatives.

🎯 Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a SPA Receptionist or similar role.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and phone etiquette.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Knowledge of computers, MS Office, and ability to multitask.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle guest feedback and provide creative solutions.
