We are seeking passionate and dynamic Housekeeping Attendants who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions for guests.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Receive daily work assignments, keys, and supplies from the supervisor and accurately sign the key log.
  • Clean guest rooms and bathrooms thoroughly, including sinks, bathtubs, toilets, mirrors, floors, and furniture.
  • Make beds, replenish bathroom and room supplies, and tidy guest amenities.
  • Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture, dust and wipe surfaces, and polish metal/brass fixtures.
  • Maintain cleanliness in guest corridors, service pantries, and service areas.
  • Ensure fire exits and stairways are clear of any obstructions.
  • Remove room service trays and trolleys from guestrooms and corridors.
  • Check and report any maintenance issues immediately.
  • Coordinate with valet services for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing requests.
  • Spot clean carpets and maintain high housekeeping standards at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Vocational training or relevant experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred.
  • Good command of English is an advantage.
  • Friendly, caring, and dedicated with strong cross-cultural sensitivity.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer focus, adaptability, teamwork, and sense of responsibility.
