Job Summary:

Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights is seeking a Bartender to provide excellent and consistent service to guests. This role involves assisting with bar service at the hotel’s beverage outlets, recommending drinks, and ensuring a welcoming and professional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service at the hotel’s selected beverage outlets
• Welcome guests and determine beverage preferences
• Recommend and prepare drinks based on guest preferences
• Take and serve drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area
• Collaborate with F&B team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel operations
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
