Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Food & Beverage Coordinator to support the smooth and efficient running of the Food & Beverage and Culinary Department. This role is crucial for ensuring proper coordination, administration, and communication in line with Hyatt’s brand standards and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform F&B and Culinary secretarial and administrative duties
- Maintain and coordinate calendars, restaurant bookings, and department schedules
- Support the F&B Director and Executive Chef with administrative tasks
- Assist in preparing F&B forecasts, budgets, and financial reports
- Manage department rosters, attendance systems, and ensure cost control
- Handle guest feedback, internal correspondence, and maintain filing systems
- Ensure all F&B collaterals, menus, and displays are updated and presented correctly
- Coordinate with finance and other departments for operational needs
- Provide updates and communications to F&B colleagues regarding policies, announcements, and events
- Undertake additional projects and duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Food & Beverage experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations and products
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance
