Job Summary:

Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi is looking for a welcoming and professional Hostess to join our team. The role involves greeting and seating guests, managing outlet inventory, and assisting service staff to ensure a smooth and exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and escort guests to their tables
• Manage reservation lists and seating plans
• Maintain outlet inventory and records as required
• Support service staff during peak hours
• Provide consistent, high-quality guest service in line with hotel standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in hotel operations
• Previous Hostess experience preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Must already be based in the UAE
• Ideal candidate height: 170 cm or above
