Job Summary:

Hyatt Regency Dubai is seeking a skilled Kitchen Equipment Technician to support the Engineering Department and ensure smooth operations across all hotel departments. The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing kitchen equipment while providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the maintenance and smooth operation of kitchen equipment
• Support other operating departments in technical requirements
• Ensure compliance with hotel engineering standards and safety protocols
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems related to kitchen operations
• Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve issues efficiently

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management is desirable
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Technician/Tradesman in a hotel or 4 years in a similar large building/complex with central plant
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical kitchen equipment
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
