Job Profile

The Registered Nurse (Emergency Services) is responsible for the assessment, management, and delivery of quality nursing care to patients. As a vital member of the multidisciplinary team, the RN collaborates in developing, executing, and evaluating care plans while ensuring patient safety and support during critical situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate and effective nursing care for patients with trauma or emergency conditions.
• Assess, prioritize, and manage critical care patients in line with hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with doctors and the multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care.
• Monitor patient condition, administer medications, and manage medical equipment.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Deliver compassionate support to patients and families during emergency care.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or equivalent).
• Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of continuous nursing experience in UAE or home country.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Emergency Department.
• Overseas experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Competencies:
• Strong patient care & customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage stress and adapt in high-pressure situations.
• Teamwork, accountability, and professional responsibility.
• Strong understanding of emergency healthcare protocols.
